Admissions to Riverview Health & Rehabilitation Center are coordinated by a registered nurse and an Admission Coordinator. All referrals are given prompt attention and reviewed by our case management team. Once the appropriate medical, psychological, and financial information is received, a quick response on appropriateness for placement can be given.

Rates vary according to specific needs of the resident. Exact quotes are available upon request. We accept residents paying privately, with third-party payor (insurance) or Medicaid.  Riverview is also Medicare-certified. We can assist in determining the eligibility for insurance and state medical programs and in completing all required forms.

Social Services offers emotional and supportive assistance for both residents and families. Choosing a long-term care facility is often a new and difficult experience. We fully explain all the local, state, and government financial programs and assist with the completion of necessary forms.
